Se las hago mas fácil para no dar tanta vuelta.

Buscar este codigo en "Game.cpp" Sources "HGServer".

Borran eso y listo... ese es un comando que hace que dichos NPC vendan en dichos edificios. Al borrarlo pueden poner los NPC en donde quieran y les venderan, podran comprar, todo.
Luego armar el CFG del mapa en donde quieran
